Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to maintain high standards of hygiene. Manage household chores efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and organizing clutter. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and maintaining professional communication. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each shift. Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold health and safety standards across all client homes. Assist with light meal preparation or cooking if required, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry services. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies; experience with housekeeper management is advantageous. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is beneficial but not required.
