Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to maintain operational efficiency Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with precision Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures enhances your ability to excel in this role Hands-on experience with floor care equipment such as buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus Proven custodial or housekeeping management experience demonstrates leadership capabilities in team settings Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation practices is essential Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
