Our dedicated team ensures every space is spotless, safe, and welcoming. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Clean Out Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive clean-out services in residential properties, ensuring spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and restored to their best condition. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will help clients enjoy a fresh, clean environment every time. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces Handle sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas Assist with laundry and linen services as needed for client properties Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning requests Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, ensuring they are sanitized and in good working order Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation standards, and custodial practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Experience with carpet cleaning, laundry services, or housekeeper management is a plus Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude Join our team to help transform cluttered or neglected spaces into pristine homes!
