Job Summary (Essential Functions) Clean all club facilities. IV. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities) 1. Dusts rooms and furniture. 2. Cleans restrooms; restocks restroom supplies. 3. Vacuums carpets and mops floors throughout the club including dining areas. 4. Sweeps patio area and dusts patio furniture. 5. Empties all wastebaskets and ashtrays. 6. Disinfects telephones. 7. Buffs floors. 8. Cleans and polishes brass. 9. Washes inside and outside of windows. 10. Whips down light bulbs inside and outside, and changes burned-out light bulbs. 11. Reports any damage, and or plumbing problems to the maintenance departments. 12. Takes trash to dumpster and washes out dumpster area weekly. 13. Polishes glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment and door handles. 14. Moves furniture back into place if out of place. 15. Cleans locker room areas including emptying out all trash cans, and vacuuming all carpet areas. 16. Cleans walls throughout clubhouse as necessary. 17. Maintains outside of clubhouse building (cleans walkways, patios and entrances). 18. Maintains the pool area including changing rooms and restrooms. 19. Cleans exterior of HVAC vents. 20. Conducts deep-cleaning projects around the clubhouse on a weekly basis. 21. Cleans all restrooms on golf course and at revenue outlet locations. 22. Assists with tables, chairs and other furniture needed for special events. 23. Cleans employee restrooms. 24. Vacuums elevators; cleans stairwells and landings; dusts ceiling light fixtures; does spot cleaning as necessary. 25. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the manager. V.
