In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a comfortable environment that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal. Conduct residential or commercial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and polishing fixtures. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use. Follow established health and safety protocols to promote a clean environment for clients and team members. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning procedures. Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service delivery. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Basic knowledge of cooking is desirable but not required; willingness to learn new skills is appreciated. Valid experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous for leadership opportunities.
