Housekeeping and Laundry Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Your commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization will contribute significantly to our guests' experience. Duties Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures. Clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for special items or guest requests. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with laundering techniques and the use of cleaning equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
