Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Housekeeper to join our team in Sterling. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Utilize janitorial supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping and mopping to maintain pristine surfaces Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, including specialized cleaning procedures for high-traffic or heavy-duty areas Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly Maintain cleanliness logs and complete shift reports to ensure accountability and consistency in service delivery Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols Familiarity with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance standards Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us to help create clean, safe environments that leave a lasting positive impression!
