Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a fresh environment. Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate cleaning equipment responsibly. Assist with special cleaning projects like industrial cleaning or deep cleans of carpets and upholstery as needed. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and use of janitorial equipment is essential. Experience with hospitality environments or industrial cleaning enhances your suitability for this role. Familiarity with hotel management standards related to cleanliness and guest service is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team are key qualities.
