A current Driver's License is required as well as a clean criminal record. Prior to hiring, background checks will be required upon successful completion of an application and an interview Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Perform deep clean of homes after construction, a remodel or move out. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and safety. Execute specialized floor care procedures including polishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces looking their best. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and organizing cleaning equipment. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols across various environments. Skilled in floor care techniques like buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies management.
