Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
• Ability to perform custodial tasks such as floor care and carpet cleaning

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
