We are looking for our first Residential Cleaning Specialists — experienced professionals who will help us set the standard for every clean we do. As one of our earliest team members, you will have a real opportunity to grow into a lead role as the company expands. What You Will Do As a Residential Cleaning Specialist at Heart & Home Cleaning, you will be responsible for delivering a thorough, consistent, and professional clean on every visit.

Your responsibilities include:

Perform Standard Recurring Cleans, Deep Cleans, and Move In / Move Out Cleans for residential clients throughout DuPage County and surrounding suburbs Follow our detailed room-by-room cleaning checklist on every job — no shortcuts Use the Jobber mobile app to check in, check out, complete digital checklists, and upload before and after photos on every visit Apply our Heart & Home Signature Finish at the end of every clean — the small details that make a big impression on clients Communicate proactively with management about job status, delays, supply needs, or any issues that arise Represent Heart & Home Cleaning professionally in every client home — in appearance, conduct, and attitude Maintain the confidentiality of all client information at all times

What We Are Looking For Required:

Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience — 2 or more years strongly preferred Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Smartphone — you must be comfortable using an app for scheduling, check in, and photo documentation Ability to pass a thorough background check — required before the first job Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of professional residential cleaning experience Prior experience training or mentoring other cleaners Experience in high-end residential homes in affluent suburban markets References from prior cleaning clients or employers Bilingual — English and Spanish a plus What We Offer Competitive per-job pay — most assignments pay between $49 and $103. Deep cleans and move in/move out jobs pay at the higher end of the range. Pay transparency — our pay is calculated per job, not hourly. Most assignments take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The $20 to $25 per hour shown above reflects your effective hourly earnings based on actual job duration. We believe you deserve to know exactly what you are earning and why.
