Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying protective treatments to maintain a spotless appearance Assist with furniture arrangement, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas to ensure efficiency and neatness Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues and replenishing amenities as needed Handle industrial cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, or specialized surfaces Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health and safety regulations across all assigned areas Support hotel staff during special events or busy periods by providing additional cleaning or logistical assistance Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles is highly desirable Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a strong plus, demonstrating an understanding of guest service standards Knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning methods, and general housekeeping procedures Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
