Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across all estate areas, including home gym, kitchen and bathrooms, common ares, etc. Reset linens for bedrooms only. Maintain floors through routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to uphold safety and aesthetic standards. Manage sanitation procedures diligently by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and hygiene. Handle custodial duties with precision—restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing household staff or family members' requests promptly and professionally while maintaining discretion. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation protocols, and general housekeeping management. Ability to perform laundry tasks for bedding efficiently while maintaining fabric care standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style. Knowledge of hotel or hospitality housekeeping standards is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure every space meets high cleanliness standards.
