Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Ensure all restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and sanitized. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
