• Pay:

  $70 per visit
• Time on site: about 1-1.5 hours

Thursday, June 11, 2026 — 8:00 AM start (same visit) Both jobs are normally done in one trip — plan for roughly 2-3 hours on site, $110 total for that visit. Payment Each job is paid separately at the rate listed above. Payment is processed once before-and-after photos are submitted and the client manager confirms they are happy — usually within 30 minutes, and up to 24 hours at most. If you bring your own supplies, you earn a supply bonus per visit: $10 if you cover both the commercial cleaning and the window washing, $10 if it is the commercial cleaning only, or $5 if it is the window washing only. If North Co provides the supplies, no bonus applies. Your Visit — Check-In to Check-Out 1. Call the store manager when you arrive to get let in. If you can't reach them, call us. 2. Check in with the manager in person and get their name. 3. Ask if anything in particular stands out to them before you start — we have our standard list, but it's always good to confirm. 4. Check in through the link texted to you and take your before photos. 5. Do the work to scope (duties listed below). 6. Take your after photos and submit them through the same link. 7. When you're 100% done, check out with the manager in person — if they want anything touched up, fix it before you leave. 8. Check out through the link. • Sweep, dust mop, and vacuum all floors, including corners and edges
• Mop all hard floors; damp mop office, stockroom, and break room floors
• Remove gum and stickers
• Dust shelving, fixtures, ledges, and vents
• Wipe down counters and display cases
• Empty all trash and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect the restroom if one is present — floors, fixtures, mirrors
• Submit before-and-after photos through the link texted to you Window Cleaning
• Clean storefront and entry door glass, inside and out; remove all smudges
• Clean and polish handles, sills, and doorplates
• Remove spider webs, gum, debris, and tape
• Squeegee and detail all glass edges and corners; wipe ledges dry
• Submit before-and-after photos through the link texted to you Supplies Needed All supplies and equipment are provided, or you can bring your own (see supply bonus above).

If you bring your own, you'll need the basics:

Commercial Cleaning:

Mop and bucket, broom or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, and restroom cleaner.

Window Cleaning:

Professional window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, a scraper or razor (for gum, tape, and debris), and a bucket. Dress Code

• Slip-resistant shoes are required — if you need a pair, we'll help you get one
• A North Co branded shirt is provided once you've been with us for 3 months; until then, wear a clean, plain blue or black shirt
• Gloves are optional — wear them if you prefer
• Jeans or non-athletic shorts are fine; no ripped or holey clothing, no sweatpants, and nothing revealing
• Keep jewelry to a minimum
• Wear a hat or keep hair tied back
• Arrive clean and presentable, with good personal hygiene Pace / The Service Window These stores give a tight service window, so speed matters — but quality comes first.

We'd rather it be done right than rushed. If you can't comfortably hit the window on your own, that's fine: either bring your own helper, or let us know and we'll bring in a second person to work alongside you. Either way works — just tell us upfront so we can plan for it. Requirements
