Job Description

We are looking for about 20 Houseman, 20 Stewards, and 30 Banquet Servers (with current alcohol permit) to work an upcoming event(s) for a beautiful, High-end Casino! Join our dynamic team, where your energetic spirit and hospitality expertise will create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Must be 21 years of age for all positions and have prior experience
  • You must have previous banquet experience to serve, current foodhandlers and employee permit for serving alcohol. Must dress professionally in all black attire
  • black slacks, black non
  • slip shoes, all black long sleeve dress shirt and black socks
  • Must be prepared to and have the ability to bend, stoop and stand long periods of time.
Banquet Servers:
$20 an hour
  • non-tipped
  • Shift hours: 3:30pm
  • Midnight (orientation required) Serve food and beverages following client and service style requirements Carry and serve trays with 8-10 plates with lids safely and efficiently Restock stations, clear tables, run food, run drinks, assist guests pour alcoholic beverages.
Houseman:
$19 Set up and break down tables, chairs, stages, risers, and other event equipment Arrange rooms according to event diagrams and instructions Push, pull, and transport banquet equipment and furniture Clean and maintain event spaces before, during, and after events Operate cleaning equipment to clean floors and carpets Assist with general maintenance and event support as needed
Stewarding:
$19 (various shifts) Responsible for focusing primarily on the kitchen providing sanitation, cleaning, and assisting.
Overnight Deep Cleaners:
$17 10pm-6am: Provide Sanitation and cleanliness to designated areas throughout facility
Job Summary:
The Banquet Staff is responsible for providing exceptional service during events and meetings, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for attendees. This role involves assisting in the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions, supporting the audit team with logistical needs and coordination for worker's compensation audits and related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up banquet areas according to event specifications, ensuring compliance with layout and safety standards Provide high-quality food and beverage service during events, ensuring that guest needs are met promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event, including tables, equipment, and service areas Ensure all guest-related inquiries are handled with courtesy and professionalism, referring any complex issues to the appropriate team members Monitor guest satisfaction during events and communicate any concerns to event leads or management Assist in the breakdown and clean-up of banquet areas following events, ensuring the area is restored to proper condition for future use Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently Attention to detail, ensuring all food and beverage orders are accurately fulfilled Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., trays, equipment) as needed for events Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to various event settings and shifts as needed Perform other duties as assigned These roles involve physical labor, setup, breakdown, cleaning, and venue support duties.
