Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using proper cleaning techniques and products Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks independently or as part of a team to meet scheduled deadlines Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies and reporting maintenance needs Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects when necessary, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Experience with carpet cleaning equipment or janitorial tools is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail transforms spaces into spotless retreats.
