Our team provides wrap-around support — from financial coaching and career training to youth programs, affordable housing, and wellness services. Position Overview John Boner Neighborhood Centers is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across our offices and housing properties. This role performs routine cleaning and facility upkeep while supporting a positive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The position works closely with the Housekeeping & Grounds team and travels regularly between JBNC properties. What You'll Do Clean and maintain offices, classrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces. Empty trash and remove debris from indoor and outdoor areas. Clean windows, walls, doors, and other building surfaces as needed. Restock supplies and notify staff when inventory is low. Assist with meeting room setups and facility organization. Support occasional grounds work and property upkeep. Travel between JBNC properties and occasionally drive JBNC vehicles. Provide friendly and professional service to staff, residents, and visitors. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders. Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience. Experience cleaning a variety of facilities such as offices, residential units, or community spaces.
