Most work involves preparing Airbnb properties between guest stays, with occasional assignments in offices, community centers, and private residences. This is a hands-on role for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different environments. Some weeks will follow a predictable schedule, while others may include additional projects depending on business needs. We are building a small, trusted team and are looking for long-term team members who take pride in their work. Job Description Cleaners are responsible for preparing properties to a professional, guest-ready standard. This includes cleaning surfaces, resetting bedrooms, handling laundry, and ensuring the property is fully ready for use.

Typical responsibilities include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Making beds and handling on-site laundry Wiping surfaces, baseboards, and high-touch areas Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Restocking basic supplies as needed Taking photos after cleaning when required Cleaning charcoal grills when present Assisting with occasional commercial cleaning projects such as offices or community facilities Cleaning and balancing hot tubs (training will be provided) Assisting with residential home cleaning as needed Most work takes place between 9:30am and 5:00pm. Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to perform physical work including standing, bending, and lifting Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent standards Cleaning experience is preferred but not required if the applicant is reliable and willing to learn.
