Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Second Shift, Monday- Saturday 10:00 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks Stock bathrooms with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies Make beds and change linens Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs and steam draperies Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry and iron clothes Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste as instructed Ensure the care of all rooms to uphold company standards Verify operation and safety of equipment and call for repairs when necessary Inform the supervisor of any changes and damages Handle resident complaints and requests with professionalism and patience Maintain inventory and may be required to order inventory when needed Comply with health and safety regulations and wear protective gear when needed Politely and professionally greet and assist guestsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Housekeeping experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods Required to engage in repetitive movements including squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling Communication, collaboration, time management, and organization skills Strong attention to detail Follow a strict schedule and work in a fast-paced environment Great attendance, punctual, and have a positive attitude Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
