Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a pristine, safe, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal areas regularly Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and kitchen appliances Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and floor care techniques Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving cleaning equipment comfortably Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service delivery Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents or clients Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies safely Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety guidelines Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that make a positive difference!
