Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care procedures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold sanitation standards and prevent hazards Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed Support the overall cleanliness of the facility by performing janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfection Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products to maximize efficiency and safety Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to health regulations in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring every space is spotless!
