In addition to our renovation projects, we manage a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties, providing well-maintained and thoughtfully designed accommodations for guests. Team members have the opportunity to work on a variety of properties and see projects through from initial renovation to final presentation. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain and prepare short-term rental properties for incoming guests. This role is essential to delivering a clean, comfortable, and high-quality experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can manage time efficiently between turnovers, and consistently meets high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces Perform turnover cleanings between guest stays within designated timeframes Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding Restock essential supplies (toiletries, paper goods, cleaning items, etc.) Inspect property for damages, maintenance issues, or missing items and report promptly Ensure staging and presentation meet company standards (e.g., neatly made beds, organized spaces) Follow detailed cleaning checklists for consistency across properties Manage trash removal and recycling in accordance with local guidelines Communicate with management regarding scheduling, inventory, and any concerns Qualifications Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel, residential, or short-term rental) Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation to travel between property locations Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks Experience with short-term rental or Airbnb turnovers Familiarity with cleaning products and best practices for different surfaces Basic knowledge of property care and minor maintenance reporting Work Environment Multiple residential properties within the Southern Indiana area Fast-paced turnover schedules, especially during peak seasons Independent work with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits $15 - $22 per hour; based on experience Flexible scheduling based on bookings Opportunities for additional hours during high occupancy periods
