Resident Attendent

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall facility appearance to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and clients. Answer Calls from Elderly Residents and help as needed. Duties Care for elderly and perform personal care assistance as needed at an Assisted Living community. Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.

• Assist with custodial responsibilities in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
• Participate in industrial cleaning tasks when required, handling specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Answer Call Lights and help Elderly Residents as needed. Requirements
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day. Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
