Pay our pay is per room and per room you get $5 . Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces looking their best. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and inventory control. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry processes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with custodial responsibilities or hotel housekeeping roles is advantageous. Familiarity with housekeeper management practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus. A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
