Job Description
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and brand-standard guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to IHG brand standards Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Ensure carts and storage areas are clean and organized Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner Follow all hotel safety, security, and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction Schedule Day shift (typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until rooms are completed) Weekends and holidays required What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within IHG brand hotels Employee recognition programs Why Join Us?
