Property Services Specialist Position Overview The Property Services Specialist is responsible for delivering a refined, luxury-level cleaning property services through detailed execution, professionalism, and consistency. This role is the foundation of the client experience and plays a direct part in protecting the reputation and standard of the White Glove brand. Every service performed should reflect precision, organization, trust, and care. The ideal candidate understands that excellence is not based on convenience or supervision, but on discipline and consistency. Responsibilities Execute detailed property cleaning services with precision and consistency Follow structured service systems, checklists, and company protocols on every assignment Conduct White Glove inspections to ensure every service meets company standards Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies, tools, equipment, and workspaces Deliver elevated finishing touches that create a polished luxury experience for clients Communicate professionally with homeowners, leadership, and team members Identify and report concerns, damages, or opportunities to improve service quality As the business ramps up, and marketing is just getting started, canvassing neighborhoods , door knocking , and marketing will be required. Team members will be expected to: Wear company-approved uniforms properly and professionally Maintain personal cleanliness and grooming standards Keep work materials, bags, and equipment organized and clean Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization while representing the company Compensation Structure & Growth Opportunities Trainee & Specialist Team members in the Trainee and Specialist ranks will earn a flat commission percentage on all services they personally perform and complete directly. Subscription Referral Bonus Opportunities In addition to direct service commissions, all Specialist-level team members will have opportunities to earn referral bonuses for helping grow recurring subscription clients. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, including hair follicle testing Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
