In this vital role, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to company standards Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels for peak efficiency and guest satisfaction Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and custodial facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to prevent shortages and control costs Implement safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and equipment use in accordance with health regulations Foster a positive team environment through coaching, feedback, and recognition of staff achievements Requirements Proven experience in cleaning services with a strong background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management Supervising or leadership experience in custodial or janitorial roles is essential Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and custodial best practices Strong management skills with the ability to organize teams effectively and delegate tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Join us as a Lead Housekeeper where your leadership will elevate our standards of cleanliness while creating a welcoming environment for guests.
