Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a hotel environment. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and requests promptly and courteously. Execute housekeeping management tasks, including organizing cleaning schedules and inventory management of supplies. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms to meet high cleanliness standards. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests or residents. Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring surfaces. Maintain custodial duties in common areas, ensuring they are clean and inviting for all guests or residents. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and residents. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus but not mandatory.
