Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents and guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, providing essential cleaning and sanitation services with professionalism and care. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Ensure all sanitation standards are met to promote a safe and healthy environment Follow established protocols Support housekeeping management in maintaining schedules and quality standards Previous experience in healthcare housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly preferred Experience with laundry operations within a healthcare setting is advantageous Background in custodial or housekeeping can be beneficial Strong understanding of sanitation standards relevant to healthcare environments Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations
