Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all surfaces are clean and well-maintained. Conduct housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues. Execute custodial duties in various settings including hotels and industrial environments as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in floor care and industrial cleaning. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.
