Hotel Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and janitorial practices. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required.
