Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization Follow specific client instructions to meet their cleanliness standards and preferences Manage your schedule to accommodate multiple appointments throughout the week Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene during all cleaning tasks Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any special requests or concerns provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and storage Complete service reports or checklists as required to document completed work and client feedback Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required; training available for motivated newcomers Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled appointments Reliable transportation to travel between client locations within your designated area Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism Good communication skills for interacting with clients and addressing their needs effectively Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures is a plus This role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work, empowering you to build your own successful cleaning business.
