The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities. Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
