In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute directly to our guests' satisfaction and the overall reputation of our hotel. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are tidy and well-maintained Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed Adhere to established standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as directed by supervisors Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques is a plus Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality by ensuring every guest's stay is comfortable, clean, and memorable!
