Weekend Laundry/Weekday Housekeeping

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry materials; report any shortages or needs to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or requested by management. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel or similar environment is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies. Familiarity with laundering processes including dry cleaning is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
