The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the clubhouse and associated facilities. This role ensures that all members, guests, and employees experience a clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning and Maintenance :
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Sanitize and restock restrooms, locker rooms, and other high-traffic areas. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance. Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly. Address spills, stains, or urgent cleaning needs promptly. Respond promptly to requests or concerns regarding cleanliness or housekeeping services.Facility Preparation:
Ensure meeting rooms, dining areas, and event spaces are clean and tidy according to club standards. Replace linens, towels, and other supplies as needed in guest areas.Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain cleaning supply levels; notify the supervisor of restocking needs. Ensure cleaning equipment is properly used, stored, and maintained.Compliance:
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Adhere to club policies and procedures, including dress code and conduct standards.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, particularly in hospitality or club environments. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.COMPETENCIES
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. Basic communication skills; ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.ABOUT US
