Summary As a Room Attendant at Comfort Suites South , you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service excellence. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas meet Comfort Suites quality standards. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to provide a welcoming environment. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management. Restock housekeeping supplies in carts and storage areas efficiently. Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel as assigned. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning duties. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is beneficial.
