Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to promote a healthy environment. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing special requests, and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm. Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, adding extra value to the household experience. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift cleaning supplies, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and custodial equipment is preferred. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required.
