Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing with precision and care Ensure all laundry items are cleaned to the highest standards, including handling delicate fabrics and performing dry cleaning procedures when necessary Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, storage rooms, and related facilities by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks Assist with general housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, replenishing guest supplies, and supporting room cleaning when needed Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a safe working environment Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is required Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service that exceeds guest expectations Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of laundry techniques, including dry cleaning processes and fabric care Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive motions comfortably A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset that fosters a collaborative work environment Embark on a fulfilling career where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
