Job Summary:

The Facilities & Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment throughout the facility. This role helps ensure all spaces are consistently maintained to a high standard, contributing to a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, this position may assist with minor maintenance tasks and general facility support as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and maintain showrooms, restrooms, common areas, kitchens, and workspaces
• Dispose of trash and recycling in a timely and efficient manner
• Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks, repairs, and general facility upkeep
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
• Assist with setup and breakdown of spaces for meetings, events, or company activities as needed
• Support general facility operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safety procedures
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and facility support duties
• Strong organizational skills and a positive work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move moderate weight as part of daily responsibilities

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Experience working in commercial, office, residential, or similar environments is a plus
• Experience with minor maintenance tasks (e.

g., changing light bulbs or basic repairs) preferred but not required

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, and performing repetitive movements
• Ability to lift and move moderate weight throughout the workday
• Regular use of cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products
• Work may be performed in multiple areas of the facility, including offices, showrooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common spaces
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals and odors; protective equipment may be required
• Flexibility to support changing operational and facility needs as required

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
