Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces according to established standards Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Conduct dry cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring delicate fabrics are properly cared for Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to maintain guest comfort Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and ensure proper operation of laundry equipment Follow safety procedures during cleaning and laundry processes to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines to management promptly Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of laundry techniques, including dry cleaning processes Excellent cleaning skills with an eye for detail and quality standards Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items when needed Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Join us in creating a clean, comfortable environment that guests will remember!
