Housekeeping Attendant

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces. Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed meticulously to promote health and safety within the facility. Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and cleaning restrooms to maintain hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures to ensure health compliance. Proven ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management roles demonstrates reliability and leadership skills.
