Job Description

IN THE SURGICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AIDE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING, DAMP-DUSTING AND POLISHING FURNISHINGS
;
DISINFECTING PATIENT CARE AND NON-PATIENT CARE AREAS
;
REMOVE TRASH AND REPLACE LINENS DAILY
;
AND TERMINALLY CLEANING THE OPERATING ROOMS EVERY 24 HOURS ON SCHEDULED DAYS. MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND PERFORM WORK ACCORDING TO DEPARTMENT STANDARDS WHEN NO DIRECTIONS ARE
GIVEN.
