Pay will be based per job and will always average at $20 per hour or more. Any client tips will be yours to keep. We do encourage clients to tip. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces according to client specifications Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Communicate effectively with manager to understand client cleaning needs and preferences Pick Jobs that fit your schedule - must commit to job after accepting (some are daily, some weekly, some bi-weekly) Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner, adhering to agreed-upon client deadlines Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to clients and company promptly Qualifications Minimum of 1 Year prior experience in
