Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across designated areas. Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms to uphold health standards. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus; willingness to learn proper handling techniques is essential.
