Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and safe. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Ensure sanitation standards are met by adhering to health regulations and using appropriate cleaning products. Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, supporting scheduling and quality control to uphold service excellence. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a focus on sanitation and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and bending frequently. Familiarity with laundry procedures and commercial cleaning equipment is highly desirable. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or healthcare settings is a plus. Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
