Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper dedicated to maintaining pristine Airbnb and VRBO rental properties! In this lively role, you will be the key to creating welcoming, spotless environments that guests love. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality will ensure each property shines and provides memorable stays. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality community, where your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction and property appeal. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas Changing and laundering linens Handle chemical agents safely, following safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures to ensure a secure environment Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall tidiness of each property Follow hotel housekeeping management protocols and emergency procedures to guarantee guest safety and operational excellence Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly for swift resolution Use of company tablet and cell phone in order to accept guest check in's, answer any questions or accomadations that guest may have via apps, text message or phone calls Occasional deep cleaning as needed Making sure all supply list for each property is turned in monthly Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be an energetic and hard working individual Must be able to multitask Basic Knowledge of computer skills Must have own transportation Must be able to work without supervision Experience Proven custodial or janitorial experience with a strong background in industrial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments and experience with hotel emergency procedures Knowledge of chemical agent handling and safety data sheets (SDS) for safe use of cleaning products Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks required in maintaining rental properties Previous hospitality or hotel experience is highly desirable, demonstrating understanding of guest service standards and cleanliness expectations Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles that require attention to detail and adherence to safety protocolsEmbark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms rental spaces into inviting retreats!
