Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with precision and efficiency Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized treatments to ensure a polished appearance Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability and readiness for guest needs Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly to promote a safe environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards Support the management team with additional janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to maintain overall facility excellence Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and general janitorial tasks Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures in a commercial or industrial setting Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Experience managing or supervising housekeeping operations is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for leadership opportunities is welcome Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering exceptional cleanliness with energy and professionalism.
