Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing as needed. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, including organizing supplies and maintaining inventory. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Carry out carpet cleaning procedures to maintain the quality and appearance of carpets. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards to promote a safe environment. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial.
